A shipping notification with tracking and carrier will be sent to your email address or phone number once your order has been shipped. Please ensure the shipping and billing information are complete, valid, and correct. Missing or inaccurate information may cause processing delays. If the shipping address is a P.O. box, please ensure the P.O. Box accepts parcel deliveries.

 

Local Pick-up (Richmond BC)

We offer a local pick-up option at Juicy Juicy (located inside Q1 Billiards) in Richmond BC. This option is available for customers in the Greater Vancouver region. Orders can be picked up during store business hours, Wednesdays to Mondays, 5 p.m. to 12 a.m., usually within 24 hours after the order is placed. A notification email with pick-up details will be sent to your email address when your order is ready to be picked up. Please make sure orders are picked up within 7 days after receiving the pick-up notification email.

For your security, you may be asked to present a government-issued photo ID (ie. Driver's License) during pick-up.

 

Shipping within Greater Vancouver Area (Local Delivery)

We offer free local delivery in the Greater Vancouver Area for orders CAD$65 and over (after applied discounts and before applicable taxes) if your shipping address qualifies for local delivery.

Important: if parcel is delivering to a shipping address that cannot be dropped off (e.g. apartments), please provide clear delivery instructions like buzzer code in the "Delivery Instructions" box to prevent any inconvenience that may arise. Free shipping offer is valid for the first delivery only. Any unsuccessful delivery attempt due to invalid/incorrect/incomplete address or unanswered phone calls or texts will not be eligible for free re-delivery. If you wish to have your order re-delivered, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a re-delivery. Additional fees may apply for re-deliveries.

Reminder: if you meet the minimum order amount for free delivery and your shipping address is in the Greater Vancouver Area but you did not see an option for free local delivery, this is due to system not recognizing your postal code. Simply restart filling your shipping address and click on the automatic suggested shipping address that shows up on the drop-down box. Note that this time your postal code may be different from your actual postal code. Then, you should be able to see an option for local delivery on the next page. You then need to type in the correct shipping address in the "Delivery Instructions" box.

 

Shipping within Canada

We offer free shipping within Canada for orders CAD$95 and over (after applied discounts and before applicable taxes).

Shipping to PO Boxes is not supported with Standard Shipping. Please choose the Canada Post shipping option if your address is a PO box. 

**We strongly encourage customers to select the Canada Post shipping option if their address is an apartment building and/or experiencing parcel thefts, as packages delivered by Canada Post will be safely dropped into your secure mailboxes or left with a pick-up slip otherwise. The carriers and Asiena.ca are not responsible and will not issue refunds, exchanges, or replacements for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable.**

Delivery times do not include processing times. Orders are usually processed and shipped by the next business day (+1 business day) after we receive your order. Carrier may require one additional business day to process the package after it has been shipped.

• Asiena.ca is not responsible and will not issue refunds, exchanges, or replacements for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable. However, if you encounter any delivery issues, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it with the carrier on your behalf.
• Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate, complete, and valid. Packages sent back to us due to incorrect, incomplete, and/or undeliverable address may be subject to additional fees if a re-delivery is requested. If a refund is requested, any costs incurred on the package during transit (including original shipping cost, package return shipping costs, applicable taxes, and applicable duties) will be deducted from the refund amount.
• For parcels delivered to an outdoor community mailbox in hot or cold temperatures, please ensure you retrieve your package as soon as possible to avoid items from being compromised. Asiena.ca cannot be responsible for items damaged due to weather/temperature-related complications.
• Asiena.ca is not responsible for customs duties, fees, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with parcels shipped outside of Canada.
• Delivery times listed are only estimates and do not take into account delays due to holidays, customs clearance, extreme weather, natural disaster, postal strikes, and any unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to help with any shipping delays, however, we cannot be responsible and will not issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.
